We are not hard money lenders. We do not require a complicated application process and our rates are typically less than the hard money lenders.

We fund the purchase price of the property up to 60% of its after repaired value (ARV).

Our minimum loan is $75,000 per project, and our preferred deal locations are typically in the Bucks and Montgomery Counties, PA.

We are looking for serial rehabbers to form a long term relationship.

We review the profitability of a project with the rehabber so that it is a win-win project with the rehabber.
